On October 9-10, 2014, the International Breast Cancer Conference was held.

EURAMA MEETING IN ALMATY

Conference organizers: Eurasian Breast Cancer Society (EURAMA), Almaty Cancer Center

with the support of the "Together Against Cancer" Public Foundation, the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - the Leader of the Nation, and the Almaty City Health Department.

The focus of the conference: breast cancer prevention, innovative approaches to surgical treatment of breast cancer, new opportunities for oncoplasty, targeted therapy for breast cancer, radiological treatment, including intraoperative radiology, practical issues of rehabilitation, and palliative care for terminal patients.

The speakers of the Conference are leading experts from Italy, Spain, France, USA and Great Britain, including renowned professors from the European Institute of Oncology (Milan, Italy), headed by Professor Umberto Veronesi.

As part of the conference, a thematic exhibition was held, which was attended by the TriGen molecular genetics laboratory.
