DNA saliva collection kit

The Saliva Sample Collection Kit provides a safe and fast procedure for collecting, stabilizing and transporting saliva samples at ambient temperature for further human DNA extraction and genetic testing. The kit is universal, but is available in several specific versions marked on the front of the outer packaging, including tests: ancestry, parentage, genetic passports (nutrition, sports, talents) and others

The saliva (DNA) collection kit consists of an outer package (box) and internal components (saliva collection and stabilization kit, accompanying documentation).

1. Complete and sign the referral and informed consent forms for molecular genetic testing, including identification and contact information, which is located inside the package.
2. Collect 2 mL of saliva (up to the mark indicated on the tube) by spitting inside the collection funnel that is connected to the collection tube.
3. Add saliva stabilization solution to the collected saliva, cap the tube with the mixture tightly and mix well by shaking for 5-10 seconds.
4. Place the test tube with the stabilized saliva mixture in the original packaging and close it for further transport.
5. Send the kit with stabilized saliva to the laboratory for testing, according to the options listed below under "Options for Sending a Kit with a Saliva Sample, for DNA Testing."
